We are an out-of-network practice. We provide superbills after each session that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many PPO plans reimburse a meaningful portion of therapy costs.

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you in, your history, and your goals. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with.

Yes. We offer telehealth sessions to clients anywhere in New York State. Many clients find virtual therapy just as effective, with the added convenience of attending from home.
